GLASS COMPONENTS WITH SPECIAL DESIGNS

Glassomer provides uniquely shaped fused silica glass parts for your special applications – ready-made or on demand. In our production plant, we produce parts from prototypes and small series using 3D printing to large series using injection molding. GLASS INJECTION MOLDING

We have invented and patented the first process for injection molding (IM) of transparent glass on standard machines for polymer IM. Glassomer combines easy shaping technology for polymers with the superior material properties of glass.

GLASS 3D PRINTING

We offer prototyping in glass for companies – from glass bottles and functional parts to design objects. See and touch your part while saving the money for expensive glass molds.

LENSES

We produce a number of lens designs from microlens arrays to macroscopic lenses. Aspherical lenses and square shaped lenses are available.

MICROFLUIDICS

Our high-precision glass chips are highly transparent as well as thermally and chemically stable. With our chips we enable high-throughput synthesis and analysis not only for biology but also for aggresive chemistry.
